Company Gathering | Refresh & Recharge

Our Company Gathering Refresh & Recharge event was held by PT Anugerah Samudera Madanindo (ASM) as part of its commitment to employee development. The gathering took place on 14-16 May 2022 at Griya Persada Convention Hotel & Resort Bandungan, Semarang, Central Java with REFRESH & RECHARGE as its theme and title.

ASM is aware that in the course of this past 1 year, many ups and downs have adorned its journey. REFRESH & RECHARGE was taken as the theme of the gathering with the hope that it could be one of the programs that could energize company, especially its employee.

The event, which was opened by Directors of PT ASM, was filled with various series of activities such as Islamic Studies on Kebahagiaan (Happiness), interactive discussions, and light and fun games among the participants. ASM wants to bring the message from the REFRESH & RECHARGE event that happiness is fundamental and has a unique definition for each person and the company hopes to be one of the places that could facilitate this.

In closing, ASM understands that a company can grow big if it is supported by all elements that are synergistic and solid, so ASM is committed to making this program an annual program that can be carried out in the future. See you at the next gathering!
